The flexo-printing is the main printing technology in our company; however, also the screen-printing line is to be found in our stock of machinery. Undoubtably, the flexo-printing is the most advanced technology in the field of self-adhesive labels. The modern GALLUS flexo-printing machines we have, are able to reach the quality of printing comparable practically with off-set. The possibility of combining the flexo and screen printing belongs to our specialities. Thanks to this technology we are able to realize the most exacting requirements of our customers. All our printing machines use UV-inks, friendly for the environment. We were pioneers in using them in the Czech Republic.

Screen printing
Screen printing technique is characterized by high ink
film and by its perfect covering. The print is strong
and plastic. This technology is represented in our stock
of machinery by French line SMAG, equipped with three
inking units and possibility of embossing or hot
stamping.
Naturally, there is the possibility of repeated running, what, theoretically, enables unlimited number of colours in the label. Practically, this feature is being used rather in combination with flexo-printing.
Flexoprinting
As already mentioned – flexo-printing is the quickest
developing printing technique in present. Our company
disposes of two printing machines of Swiss production
from GALLUS company, which in the field of flexo-printing
belongs to the peak absolutely. The first of the
machines is equipped with six inking units with the
possibility of rotary screen and rotary hot stamping
application.
The other machine is in dispose of eight inking units and besides the rotary screen it is equipped with the equipment, enabling printing of the underside, may be in the sticker. On top of that the machine make use the control system of the register SENSOTEC, which raises the quality of printing markedly with the machine productivity at the same time.
Offset
In many aspects the offset printing technology ranks to the highest imaginary stage of the quality.
By it also the printing of such designs is possible which by other technologies is hardly realizable
or is not possible at all. Additionally, the up-to-date offset printing machines use to be combined
with other technologies which improve the printing possibilities significantly.
In January 2008 our machinery park was extended by a Gallus offset printing machine. The machine is equipped with offset printing towers, rotary screen-printing units, possibility of hot stamping and embossing. This peak equipment completes the portfolio of our production machines.
Label inspection
Final labels inspection connected with winding up of the
labels in reels is one of the most important operations
in production.
In order to secure the high quality of the final product we use the top winding up machines Rotoflex VISION equipped with Nikka ALIS camera control system. This system is able to check-up 8 label parameters from the filed of register, cut-out or faults of printing.
